Kenwood Ddx470 Wont Turn On.
i have the gmos1 wired into my trailblazer and when i hook up the ddx470 i get a blinking red light but no screen. No sound or anything. I dont know if im in standby or security mode. I held the reset button and i pressed it a couple times. Nothing: any help

is the Kenwood completely / electrically dead? On the otherhand, standby would mean that there is some indication of power such as a clock or small light.
If completely dead, proposed preliminary checks using a multi-meter:
- R26; continuity of the 10A fuse at the rear of the Kenwood;
- R26; always available +12 on the yellow wire;
- R26; switched +12 on the red wire;
- R26; black wire tied to a metal bracket, support and/or frame and not only to the harness ground line.
