Range Door Sharp!

I have a stainless steel range.  The stainless wraps around to the side from the front.  Once while cleaning, I spliced my finger on this sharp edge.  Last week, I was cleaning the floor of theovernight, and got a fairly serious slice in my leg from the oven door to thepoint, where I probablyshould have gotten stitches.  Have you had other problems with the sharp metal on the door?  Is there some sort of piece or silicone or something to put on the sharp edge?  Has there been a recall for this issue?  I am very concerned that my children will be injured.  I would like to bring this to a higher level. Any suggestions?

This has happened to many of the ranges, and the only thing you can really do is to take a piece of sandpaper and sand it doww to make it dull or put a very thick cloth on it to keep it from hurting you.
