Noisy Range While Cooking

What I would assume is a cooling fan while the oven is on , top elements as well, is now sounding like a motor cycle in our kitchen. The range is just under 2 years old and would make make the odd rumble but now has taken on a consistent noise. Is this just a matter of a replacement fan? Or am I looking at a bigger problem? Your input would be appreciated
