Differental Lock
When I switch the locking dif. to lock it seems to engage however when you start to move forward you get a clunk or binding release noise and you can also feel it. Switch it out of lock it doesn't happen. It doesn't happen in 4wd. only when you engage the locking dif. switch

Put some oil on the key and put oil in the lock itself and put in the key and open and close it again and again .
It will make the motion and after some time after one day it will make it smooth as welll.
