My Jenn Air Jgs9900cds Range Shuts Off While Baking....

My Jenn Air JGS9900CDS will just shut off while I'm baking. The timer will keep running but the oven will shut off and cool down. Am I programming it wrong or is this a defect? Suggestions

Your range is equipped with pilotless ignition. With this type of ignition system, the gas automatically shuts off and the oven will not operate during a power failure. A lighted match will not light the oven bake or broil burner. No attempt should be made to operate the oven during a power failure. I recommend that you try to reset the control board by shutting off the house circuit breaker for the range to completely disconnect electrical power. Leave the power off for 5 minutes and then reset the circuit breaker to restore power.
Check to see if the control will work properly after this procedure.
If that does not help, then you can try to reset that control to the original factory settings as shown in the top of the image below.
If you reset the control and still have problems, you can run the diagnostic test shown in the image below. This may reveal a component problem. NOTE: Do not active the Bake and Broil relays for a long amount of time during that test.
If everything works in the diagnostic test program, then you probably have a bad electronic clock control board. There is a chance that you have the incorrect control board part installed in the range. Since you recently had the range serviced, I recommend that you contact the service company that repaired the range. If you had the range repaired by Sears, you can call 1-800-469-4663 (1-800-4MY-HOME) regarding that service
