Cant Answer, Why Not

I have the Jabra 930, and when it rings I click on the big button, but hte phone keeps on ringing and so I clik again (basically put them on hold?) then I have lost the call. Can not figure out what I am doing wrong.

This depends on what softphone you're connected to and if the soft phone supports Jabra's software commands for remote call control (do you have Jabra's PC Suite installed?).
The best way to resolve this is to call Jabra's Product Support Group at 1-866-697-8757.
