My Base Unit Will Not Flash Green......
As best as I can tell, I have everything connected right. When I hit my "on/off" button on my phone and lift my headset out of the base unit, it flashes green. I cannot get any sound in my headset. I have tried to reposition the volume levels on all pieces as well as shifted the dial tone switches but still nothing. When I look in the troubleshootin tips, it says that the base and the headset are supposed to flash green. MY BASE IS NOT FLASHING GREEN, BUT CONTINUES TO HOLD A STEADY GREEN LIGHT.
Please help!!!

To resolve this issue, you may need to pair the base and the headset again. To do this, there's a pairing button on the headset beneath the cover that surrounds the answer button and a button on the bottom of the base. You need to push and hold each button until the light alternately flashes green and red. Once they're flashing, they should "see" each other and pair together.
The audio path doesn't open when you lift the headset out of the base - you need to push the answer button to open it.
