Compatible With Samsung Glaxy Ace
Just got this phone and cannot pair as I did with my nOKIA 6100. Any suggestions please.

Your question indicates a couple of different phone models:
The Nokia 6100 does not have Bluetooth capability so it wouldn't be possible to pair a Bluetooth headset with that model phone.
There is no Samsung Galaxy Ace, but there is a Galaxy S. You'd need to put the Jabra Wave into pairing mode by turning it on and then pressing and holding the answer/end button until the Bluetooth status light is flashing constantly (without pauses). Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Wave as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
