Dvd Play
I have brand new unit and bought couple DVDs. Some work and some say region code error. How can I fix this. I never had this problem with any other did players

This unit is region coded for region 1. If the dvd is for any other region it will not play. If purchased in the US then that would be the reason. There may be a way to set the unit to play other regions but you would need to google how and tread carefully. it will invalidate the warranty, or if the codes are incorrect then that could cause the unit to be in-operative. Check first.
