Jvc Kd-sr60: Volume Scroll Will Not Adjust The Volume, Usb Keeps Flashing Readin

I was driving on the highway, listening to my iPhone via usb on my radio. Suddenly, the music stopped playing and the screen was flashing "check device". Which was not uncommon, because generally when hitting a bump it would disconnect the iPhone; but, I did not hit any bumps . So, once I got to my destination I replugged in my iPhone but the screen just keeps flashing reading. I have tried 3 different usb cables, two different iPhone, an Android, rest the radio via the button, unhooked the battery from my truck (in hopes of resetting the radio too), disconnected the radio's wiring, and completely removed the device. There is no wiring issues that I can see and nothing physically wrong with the radio. I've tried to play the regular fm radio, but I can't adjust the station due to the volume scroll not letting me. I can not play aux through the port, for some unknown reason it does not recognize the aux. While, when I plug in a usb it just repeatedly keeps flashing "reading" over and over, while my device is getting power from it. Any suggestions to help the situation?
