Need A Replacement Faceplate For A Jvc Kd-avx1.. Where Can I Get One?

I have a JVC KD-AVX1 with no faceplate and need a replacement, Mine got destoryed beyond repair. I can't find any stores online that sell it? Please advise me on my options..
