Hello, I Have A Px4i Printer, I Cannot Get The Ribbon To Print Clear Labels.

The ribbons I have tried are Black FH wax/resin. I have tried 4 different types and get the same result, which is a spotty print. I've checked the calibrations and set up, adjusted the arm head, pretty much everything in the manual and still have the same result. I was informed that all these labels were compatible with your printer. I'm hoping you can help
