How To Upgrade Bios

installed 32 gb ram (4gbX8) not supporting with two processors....

How do I update my Intel BIOS?Download the BIOS/firmware package, based on your board model.

If the update process does not start on its own, proceed as follows:

Run the fs0: command to change directories to that of the USB flash drive. Note. ...

Restart the system into the BIOS by pressing F2 during POST.

Download windows bios upgrading software.

Download firmware (this was the file I couldn't find)

Run the bios flash application and give it the folder name, where the firmware exists. flashupdt -u
