Reboot Issues

When i reboot my pc at the POST sreen it just sit and do nothing until i switch it off completely then it will boot in os. Why is that? Do i need a bios update?

No, you do not actually need a BIOS update if your computer does not boot up after the POST screen message. The main reason for this is because the Windows Operating System cannot be loaded. The Operating System might be corrupted particularly its boot sector files which are resposible for proper booting process. The only solution for this issue is to reinstall the Operating System that was previously installed.
