Where Can I Buy The Missing Wall Parts Of The Mounting Bracket Insignia Sn-sbar?

Where can I buy the missing wall parts of the mounting bracket for the insignia sn-sbar? I bought the last one at Best Buy, so it was the display model. I went back today, and the clerk said that they don't have the brackets & can't get them. It's for my husband in a nursing home. It's overhanging the sink right now, and is unstable. I need to get it mounted on the Wall. The clerk who sold it to me was telling me I would be able to do that. Tnx - Sabina
