How Do You Program The Remote?
My Insignia model NS-32E44OA3 is displaying a message Please Run Channel Auto Scan. I am hooked up to a cable box with a Synergy V remote. What do I press on the Insignia remote?

You need to make sure that your video signal source is set to Cable/Satellite Box. To do this, enter the on screen Menu and select Channels, than Auto Channel Scan. Make the appropriate selection and exit the Menu. Since you're using a cable box, you will not be prompted to scan for channels. I hope this helps.
