You can set the maximum speed for the treadmill. This limits how fast the running belt moves and, consequently, how many adjustments a user can make to the treadmill's speed. The speed is displayed in miles per hour (mph) or kilometers per hour (kph) depending upon the units of measure (Metric or U.S. standard) that are selected. The up down keys let you choose a speed between: 0.5 to 16 mph 1.0 to 25 kph Press Enter to make your selection.
