'sorry' The Process Android.process.acore Has Stopped Unexpectedly. Why?

Trouble shoot the problem - "sorry" The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. - It is displayed repeatedly when I open the tablet. I can not open the tablet to use it.
