Videos On Sd Card Doesnot Play But Played From Phone Memory

Hi, I just bougth Huawei 3C and it is the best economy smart I found ever with best display and features. But my problem is that I am unable to play videos from External SD Card. the same videos when downloaded to memory are playing but when copied to SD card it says "Un supported format" I tried all available Video players on Google paly including MX player, Mobo, Moli and KM etc. Please help me to know the exact problem I have with my phone or Sd card?
