Travel Rewards Through Hotels.com
I made my booking thru hotels.com for 22 nights (Jan 7 thru Jan 29, 2011) at Linden Suites in Manila, Philippines. Reservation # 53630762, Confirmation # 1584773614, and Account # QGX256J. The Travel Rewards program of hotels.com had offered to give one free day at the Linden Suites for every 10 days. So I am entitled to 2 free days. How do I get it? I have been calling 1-800-2468357 without success. Please advise immediately.
