Ac Light Is Out On 1 Of 2 Of My Key Pad

recently my house alarm went off after lightning storm, but my alarm wasn't activated. I heard a loud boom from the lightning, and my house alarm went off. My 4 digit code didn't work, so I had to go disconnect the plug and battery. The alarm went off then I reconnected the battery and the plug. My key pad from the front door works fine and beep when the doors open and all the lights. The second key pad I have for the back door don't work anymore except the keypad had the colors. What can I do to fix it back to the way iuse to be fully functional.
