Air Escaping From Exhaust Cover At The Top Of Gun

what should i replace? is the gun shot?

It is quite normal for air to come out of the exhaust, as if you have 100 PSI into the tool there has to be some release to protect the user. I have various air tools and they all have that feature. Check out the user instructions to verify. If you google your tool number you should be able to find the user manual. Or even better read the user instructions below on the Helpowl site.
