Hitachi Tv 65f59a Analog Digital

have no cable and im unable to change from analog to digital. i want to scan the digital channels. it gives me the option of analog and digital but wont allow me to select digital.

If you have a Digital TV adapter connected to your aerial you will need a cable that connects from the rear of the DTV box to the TV. In your case it wil probably be a scart to phono cable assuming the output from the DTV is scart. This resembles a rectangular black plug with 20 pins and a slightly pointed end. The Hitachi has phono sockets as an input. Now analogue TV in Europe has disappeared DTV is your only option. You can obtain a user manual for your TV from the manual owl via this link:
