Tv Keep Shuting Off With Lines Across Need Cir/board

If you are seeing lines that are going at a slight angle up on the right side then the picture tube (red, green or blue) or all three tubes if it's white, are on maximum and this will force the set to turn off.

this cold be any of the tube driver boards, any tube, or the high voltage board. Many times a tube shorts out and this thedamages on of the other boards too. Without a service manual test equipment and knowlege on how to troubleshoot this failure, I wouldn't recommend getting into this set.

.convergence output chips will fix the problem. Chips/ IC replacement requires soldering work in circuit board, if you are  familiar with electronics stuf
