Usb Port Issue Due To Smps
My HP DX 2280 machihne all the USB ports are not working due to its SMPS is not able to provide a required Power to the USB ports on the system.

That doesnt make sense. The internal power supply will have been selected to provide appropriate power to everything inbstalled at the factory. That includes all USB ports.
I suspect you have other issues.
In any case, USB is daisy-chainable. You can use a powered port expander to get additional devices to connect up to a maximum of 128 devices.
