Touch Pad Not Working
I'm witht he U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and purchased on 6/13/12 and today the touch pad is not working. Do you have any remedy to this type of problem? You can print to it using a computer, but cannot make copies.
Thanks for any assistance you may provide.

According to the guide there is nothing an end user can do to troubleshoot

Unfortunately it would be out of warranty. You can try a local PC tech, but most likely would need to purchase a new one or copy from the software on the computer.
All you have to do is scan, then print copies.
