You would need the IP address of your home PC. Use the remote desktop connection utility in Windows based operating systems to connect. In WinXP: START > All Programs > Accessories > Remote Desktop Connection
In Windows Vista/7: Click the Start/Windows logo and type in the search field Remote Desktop Connection.
In the Computer field of Remote Desktop Connection, enter your home PC's IP address.
