Uv Lamp Motion Error
I work on a Hp Fb500 and I have a problem.I changed the UV lamp bulbs very carefully and with intstruction, is the second time I did that, but now the printer gets an error "UV lamps motion error" when it's starts, it makes a noise like hiting something but I checked and it's in the right position.It could be a software problem or a damaged cable connection?

Over time, the rear main reflector of the shutter will developed stress cracks from repetitive motion (where it is riveted in place-see pictures of typical reflector fail) this will result in the interference of free shutter motion. Once this occurs, the pivoting mirror will begin to rub, making excessive noise and finally throw "UV shutter" or "UV Lamp Motion Error" and refuse to run.
