Video Cable Is Not Functioning Properly

I have hp 9500 CRT monitor and the video cable of the monitor is not functioning properly. So I would like to replace the video cable of my monitor. Can some one of you please suggest me how to replace the cable and the model of the cable to purchase in market.   Thanks in advance.
