Why Does My Laptop Can't Connect To Wifi? I Have Already Installed Driver For It

I can't connect to the wifi available. I mean, it says that I am connected but when I'm using it, it says unable to connect. My brother said that maybe it's the DNS that has a problem. Hope you could help me with this. Thanks.
