Screen Keeps Saying Initializing

i have un plugged and pludded back in the printer but it keeps saying initialzing

There might be a problem with the driver/software of your HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer - C310 printer, you can fix this issue by reinstallling the driver software. The driver software can be found in the HP website. Here's the link to the download page.
