Hp Photosmart C4700 Won't Print After Replacing Cartridge

Greetings.
1. If it prints blanks then the catridge may need to be socked it hot water a litle as its nozzles may be clogged.
2. If it is not printing at all, the catrdge contacts may need to be cleaned (or the cartridge is sadly defect).
