Replacement Batteries
My time and date keep going back to 2007 - i have been told it probably needs a new battery. Where do I get one? where is it on the computer and how do I replace it? Can I buy one locally and fix it myself?

The battery is a small button cell in a socket on the motherboard. It's obvious and easy to find once the side panel is open. You can get them at any Radio Shack or Walmart. Bring the old battery to be sure you get the right one. In most cases it will be a CR2032 but check it to be sure. You can pop out the old one (carefully) with a toothpick or other non-conductive stick. There is a small clip holding it in. Just push the clip back and it will pop out.
