Computer Wont Start

My hp pavilion a1700n won't start and fans don't run,. can u help please, is it the power supply?

It might be that you need to clean out the dust to your pc fans and powersupply, because this pc is very vunerable to dust. Or you need a better fan for your processor to keep it cooler.

It may be power supply, motherboard, power cable, power on button and many other. You need help of a technician.
