My New Color Ink Cartridge Is Not Printing.

Purchased new color ink cartridge install it and it will not print black cartridge works fine

Please check the ink cartridges that you have recently installed. Make sure that these cartridges are installed correctly and compatible with your printer. You can read the use's manual to know how you can properly install the ink cartridge. Here's the link to the user's manual:
