Pritner States Its Offline But It Is Not
i am able to copy and eprint but lost the abiltiy to scan and print since i set this up yesterday - printer seems to think it is offline. it is not

You will find help with configuring and drivers etc. I would suspect the printer may need a reset to factory. How to and troubleshooting is also there.
