Our Printer Will Not Print From Our Laptop?
On the print preview , from our Laptop, it says that the printer is offline, how do we fix this please, also we have documents waiting , hope you can help thanks:)

The currently installed driver software may be corrupted. Please reinstall the driver software of this printer. You can download the latest driver from the link provided below.
