Wireless Setup Indicates; Unable To Retrieve Network Settings

There might be a problem with the driver software of your HP Officejet 4620 printer. Basically, the driver software enables connection between your computer and printer. Try to reinstall the driver software to fix this issue. You can download the compatible driver here:
