Non-system Disk Or Disk Error Replace And Strike Any Key When Ready

my hp nc 6120 was dropped from the bed to the floor,and there was a blue screen when i turn it on a black screen appeared saying non system disk error

First -it could be that the hard drive has been damaged by the drop- however, check that you have not got a cd/dvd in the cd/dvd drive, or, a usb stick still attatched.Otherwise, check the hard drive has not become dislodged- remove and replace it to check.

If no cd/dvd, and no usb stick, then I wouold suggest start up and press f2 to see if the hard drive shows up in the bios screen.
