Error 1611 In Ml370

I have the error:ml3 1611 fan 5 failure detected, fan zone (I/O) Fan solution not fully redundant

Obviously, your HP ML370 machine encountered a fan failure problem. This issure requires an immediate replacement of its fan to maintaining a well ventilated chasis. You can purchase compatible fans for HP ML370at Amazon.com. I have provided the product links below.
