Paper Jam

My printer keeps telling me there is a paper jam when there is not. What do I do?

The safest way of removing a paper jam is to power off the printer and remove all the cartridges. This should expose the paper. Pull it free carefully without tearing. I have attached a link to Hp for more support.

Unplug ur machine for twenty five second tban plug back in hold down the pwer key until it beeps so it resets itaelfor follow your manual to rest u can find ur maul online also open the michine use one on one oil and oil ur wheels ect for smoth release
