I Need An Internal Dual Usb Board For My Notebook Dv7 T6c00

I do not believe that that is a possibility. I stand corrected if I am giving incorrect information but I do not think this laptop has the facility or ability to offer an internal PC board. An external PCB may be an option, which searching the internet should enable you to obtain this. I have attached a link to HP for your laptop where all the information available is there. Other than forums I think you are going to find it difficult to solve your dilemma.
