Hp Deskjet F300 Says 'paper Out'

When print command is given my HP Deskjet F300 says "Paper Out", even though the paper is inserted, and the printer lights are normal/ ready.

Could be a dirty roller situation as you will get this error even though there is paper. It senses that the paper has not fed so thinks that there is no paper. This is a link to HP. Check the section on paper jam and feed problems.
