Hello amartzzmartinez7,

I would not recommend restoring a computer unless other possible solutions were unsuccessful and you previously created a back up of your files.

If you have not done so already, you should start your system in Safe Mode where you can run diagnostics and other programs to repair your system. All this information, step-by-step instructions (and more) can be reviewed here.

Once at the link you will see quite a bit of relevant information for use, according to the operating system you have, as well as, other links which may be helpful for you too. Such as the "Diagnostic tools to use in Safe Mode" Which I highly recommend reviewing.

Please Note: System Recovery should ONLY be used as a last resort, after all other attempts have been made without success.

Much appreciation to those who acknowledge our members for their contribution toward finding a solution.
