My Deskjet D1660 Wont Print Microsoft Word Document
my printer will print a t5est page or from the internet but not a microsoft word doc or a doc from the notepad just a blank page can you please help

What version of Microsoft Word are you using? If its 2002 or newer, has it been activated? Do you have other printers on the machine? If so, is the Deskjet D1660 set as the default printer?
