Will Not Duplex

The printer was previously printing duplex. It will no longer print duplex. I assume that it is still set-up to do so.

According to the product specifications provided by HP, your HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5220 has a duplex printing capability. However, this printer model may not print in duplex mode if the driver software is corrupted. Try to reinstall the driver software which can be downloaded here:
