Processor Replacement On Hp Cq1000

my pc specs Amd e-450 apu with radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.66 Ghz 2.00 GB ram Can i replace my processor with AMD 3.9 GHz FM2 Quad-Core A8-6600K Processor?

No you cannot. The processor is soldered to the motherboard so it can't be upgraded or replaced.
