It Says 'service Stall Press Ok To Continue' On The Display.nothing Happends!

Try to reinstall the driver software of your HP B9180. The currently installed driver may not be compatible or outdated. You can find the latest and working driver software here:
Make sure that you choose the right Operating System of your computer. You should also follow the instructions from the manual to learn how to setup the device.
