Hp 6500 All In One Wireless Printr
I TRIED TO PRINT A PAGE OF INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER A SHORT PARAGRAPH THE TYPE SARTED TO GET LIGHTER & LIGHTER THEN NO PRINT AT ALL. THE INK CARTRIDGE IS 3/4 FULL. THE PRINTER IS NO MORE THAN A YEAR OLD. CAN YOU HELP ME ?

Look through the user manual for a cleaning function. Inkjets have a very common problem of the nozzles on the print-head getting clogged. Run the cleaning function 2-3 times (unfortunately this can use quite a bit of ink as it tried to get the flow going again).
Does it work better afterwards? Also, does it always print dark on beginning of page and gradually get lighter, or at this point is it always light no matter what?
If the cleaning does not solve the problem, then most likely the printhead needs to be replaced. This is a very complicated replacement process and should only be done by a trained technician. Printheads usually cost around 60-80 dollars. Hopefully you have proof of purchase and it's still under the 1-year warranty.
