How To Clear Header
on my HP 640 fax, the header reads - 1:new2.:used -
the header is stuck on this, and I can not clear it.
What do I do to correct this?

Hello esqmft,
This message is telling you to do the following:
- press 1 on the keypad if the ink cartridge is brand new
- press 2 on the keypad if the ink cartridge is used.
